Refund and Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of research materials and chain-of-custody requirements.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
